Introduction
Our company management structure is divided into a number of levels, which have the following responsibilities:1) Directorate: making critical decisions for the company.
2) General Manager: implement the decisions of the Directorate and allocate tasks to the Vice-General Manager.
3) Vice-General Manager: implement the decisions of the Directorate, the General Manager’s orders and publicize tasks for all departments and branches.
4) Department Managers: carry out the General Manager’s and Vice-General Manager’s instructions.
5) Workshop Director: carry out the Branch Managers’ and Department Managers’ orders.
6) Manager of the Production Division: responsible for managing the six workshops (divided into factories for money counters, money binders and small electrical hoists).

Introduction:As an engineer and delegate to an ISO management committee, Mr. Lin has been a director of a state-owned enterprise for several years. He also founded the BAD Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd.; which he managed as Chairman of the Board. In 1998, he established our company. Under his leadership, we have been able to gain ISO9002 certification and achieved annual export volumes worth in excess of USD5,000,000.
